Holly Doherty
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO
Harnessing years of familiarity with IEP‘s, specialists, and all the challenges of being a parent, combined with a decades long career as a school and long-term care nurse, Holly envisioned a tool that would enable her to record and track each daily life event that would in turn be available instantly to her support Network. Holly saw this void in tools designed for the “family as caregiver”, and for this reason, VIF was developed.
Dan Paradis
VICE PRESIDENT OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Dan has over thirty-five years' experience in software design, development and sales. Dan founded AMOS, Inc (Automated Mortgage Systems) in 1989. AMOS provided mortgage and related lending software solutions to businesses throughout the United States. AMOS was sold in 1997 to Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE: OCN). Ocwen used the AMOS software as an integral part of a new startup software company called Altisource Portfolio Solutions (NASDAQ: ASPS). More recently, Dan has helped companies automate from paper to digital technology helping each save in labor costs and provide improved customer service.
Dan LaPorte
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING
Aside from being the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of VIF, Dan owns and operates LaPorte Associates, a residential real estate consulting and appraisal firm for the past 30 years. Dan has also served on non-profit boards and community civic organizations throughout his adult life. Over the past few years Dan has been involved with Special Olympics and organized a 5K race known as Run the Course which raised over $10,000 in 2021. Dan continues to volunteer and founded a youth golf program in Southington, CT at Hawks Landing Country Club known as the Golf Little League which is a K-6th program with registration exceeding over 125 children.
Patrick McLaughlin
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Patrick is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with an extensive history of treating patients with disabilities in both the outpatient and home care setting. Outside of direct patient care, Patrick has experience managing dozens of employees for a physical therapy corporation while networking with local medical providers and health care organizations to promote clinic growth. Patrick enjoys developing relationships and establishing connections with the purpose of assisting those in the community. Patrick is excited for the possibilities that VIF has to offer and looks forward to elevating its exposure for all those that may benefit from its services.
Erin Moore
Erin Moore joined our team in the fall of 2023 to support the development of community partnerships. With a proven track record of managing complex systems and providing strategic direction to leaders and growing teams, Erin advocates for ongoing learning and improvement while possessing the ingenuity and leadership skills to bring people together and build community out of disparate partners. As a trusted coach and facilitator, Erin is committed to supporting others in reaching their full potential and driving innovation to improve the human experience through the development of solutions and tools that have the potential to improve health and care.

John (Jack) Doherty
Jack brings valuable input and creativity to the VIF team. His life experiences and extreme knowledge have shaped the VIF Care Planning scripts along with his kindness and empathy, giving us direction in creating this evolving technology.
